Hermann Zapf collection
Hermann Zapf was a German type designer, typographer, calligrapher, author, and professor. He influenced type design and modern typography, winning many awards and honors for his work. Of note is Zapf’s work with August Rosenberger, a prominent punchcutter who cut many of Zapf’s designs.
Institute Committee on Projects Relating to Productivity records
This collection includes various records, correspondence and grant proposals related to RIT’s Institute Committee on Projects Relating to Productivity during the 1980's.
James J. Granato collection
Diploma and photographs of James J. Granato, a graduate of the Rochester Athenaeum in 1919. The collection also includes a brief biographical sketch, written by Granato's son, James M. Granato and a copy of the RIT Reporter from 1952.
John Solowski collection
Photographs and publications or Polish art and design related to John Solowski, a professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology. The collection contains photographs by Fabrice Strippoli, two of which feature John Solowski, as well as color images from a Polish poster exhibit. Also included are printed publications on Polish art and design and a booklet highlighting a trip taken to New York City by the third year Photographic Illustration class in 1967.

Laura Funnell McQuillan collection
Collection of items related to Laura Funnell McQuillan, a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology's (RIT) retailing program. The collection includes two photographs of McQuillan, receipts from the school, and several other items related to McQuillan's time at the university.

Mary Anne Cross-Ehasz collection
Collection of Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) memorabilia (1953-1957) donated by Mary Anne Cross-Ehasz who graduated from RIT in 1957. She designed the official seal for the university that was used from 1956-1966. The collection includes photographs, design projects, and campus newspapers, as well as RIT memorabilia such as a sweatshirt, ashtray, and mug.
