80's Style Symposium videotapes
Collection of five videotapes of a three-day symposium sponsored by RIT College of Imaging Arts and Sciences on April 1-3, 1987. Each tape is a different speaker and the last is a panel discussion with all speakers.

The Doug Baker collection on Shop One contains materials about the retail store, Shop One, that featured handmade crafts by RIT professors, as well as other craftsmen in the Rochester area and beyond. The Gudrun Zapf von Hesse papers document von Hesse’s professional career as a bookbinder, calligrapher, and typographer in the 20th and 21st centuries.
Hermann Zapf collection
Hermann Zapf was a German type designer, typographer, calligrapher, author, and professor. He influenced type design and modern typography, winning many awards and honors for his work. Of note is Zapf’s work with August Rosenberger, a prominent punchcutter who cut many of Zapf’s designs.

The collection contains writings and designs by Rand, including books, articles, posters, presentation booklets, and annual reports, from clients including IBM, Cummins and UCLA. The collection is separated by donor in order to preserve the source of the works, and then organized in two series: I. Client Correspondence, Project and Document Files; and II. Bibliographic Files.
