The Collection on Edward Nelson Shirey consists of a gold RIT 1973 class ring with blue stone and fraternity signs and engraved ENS; one certificate to Mr. Shirey for XI Zeta Chapter dated 10/16/1970; a candidate for credential certificate for Mr. Shirey dated 6/10/1972; Mr. Shirey's RIT Bachelor of Science diploma dated 8/3/1973; and a letter to Goddard Space Flight Center dated 7/27/1973 verifying Mr. Shirey received his degree and was qualified to work as a Computer Systems Analyst.

Overview The Miles Greene papers contains newsclippings, certificates, booklets, pamphlets, writings, and class notebooks related to his time as an Electrical student at Rochester Athenaeum and Mechanics Institute (RAMI) from 1925-1928. He received a certificate in Cooperative Electrical Course. There are also items Mr. Greene collected in 1964 while attending RIT Homecoming weekend. This collection contains records and materials pertaining to the RIT College of Applied Science and Technology. CAST was established in 1972 and grew to become one of RIT’s largest colleges. This collection contains clippings, promotional brochures, program information and news releases.

Rochester Institute of Technology’s Division of Career Education was established in 1978 to coordinate co-operative and experiential education, career placement, academic and career advising, and career education research. The materials within this collection include office memos, a proposal for the development of the program, information booklets, an alumni survey, and news clippings.

This collection contains the records of the Four Presidents Award. The award came to be after Alfred Davis came up with the idea of an annual award to be given to a faculty or staff member of RIT whose public service and commitment mirrors that of the four presidents. These records contain documents pertaining to the development of the award and names of recipients of the Four Presidents Award.

The collection contains over 100 printing samples collected by Rochester Institute of Technology Professors Alexander Lawson and Archie Provan. Many of the samples are awards and certificates presented to the RIT community during 1960-1980.
