Overview

The Albert Paley Collection contains documentation across the life and work of sculptor Albert Paley. It includes the extensive records from from Paley Studios, documents from his teaching career, personal and biographical materials, and records from a long career as a working artist which blur the line between professional and personal. Also in the collection is documentation of the artist Frances Welles Paley, Albert's wife.

Content Description 85 posters by Bruno Monguzzi, (Swiss, b. 1941). Scope and Contents The Bruno Monguzzi posters contain materials from the 1987 through 2011, with the bulk of the posters dated between 2002 to 2009. This collection contains posters related to Museo Cantonale d’Arte, Lugano, Switzerland. Sixty of the posters were published to be viewed as triptychs, or 20 sets of three. Scope and Contents From the Collection:

The collection contains writings and designs by Rand, including books, articles, posters, presentation booklets, and annual reports, from clients including IBM, Cummins and UCLA. The collection is separated by donor in order to preserve the source of the works, and then organized in two series: I. Client Correspondence, Project and Document Files; and II. Bibliographic Files.

Series II contains materials relating to organizations, societies, and groups that Lou Dorfsman contributed to or participated in.
