Biographical / Historical
Rochester Institute of Technology made a proposal to conduct technical training courses for enlisted personnel who were serving in the United States and Canadian armed forces. The training courses, provided by the School of Photographic Arts and Science (SPAS) were: Photojournalism, Quality Management, and Film/Video Production. As part of these courses, students were required to collaborate and produce final reports or magazines.
