In 1982, the Student Television Network was established at National Technical Institute for the Deaf (NTID). The Network allowed students to work and experiment with program formats. Although student interest declined after several years, a similar program, PAH! Deaf TV began during the Fall 1994 semester at NTID. Programs were presented in ASL and cover campus, national, and international news. PAH! was student-run and shows aired on RIT’s on-campus television network.
