Records of the Rochester Institute of Technology’s Chester F. Carlson Center for Imaging Science. The Center for Imaging Science (CIS) was founded in 1985 as a college that could provide students with the option of enrolling in imaging science. This highly interdisciplinary major consists of mostly physics, math, and computer science. These records include promotional materials, clippings, memos, and academic reports.

The collection includes various correspondence, promotions, handbooks and curriculum information related to the Department of Communication at RIT which is part of the College of Liberal Arts.

The RIT Evening School records contain Evening School course offerings from 1935-1969, clippings, closing exercises programs, policies, questionnaires, and other administrative documents.
