The Center for Excellence in Mathematics, Science, and Technology, established through a challenge gift by Thomas Gosnell, was dedicated July 16, 1998. The collection contains a commemorative granite tile given to attendees of the dedication. Also included in the collection are programs from the dedication ceremony.
Materials related to Chester F. Carlson, inventor of xerography, the technology used by Xerox photocopier machines. The collection contains a variety of materials including awards, memorabilia, photographs, books, scrapbooks, articles, and annual reports of the Haloid Photographic Company (now the Xerox Corporation).
Materials related to student activities during the 1950's at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). The collection includes a copy of a sorority constitution, a fraternity pledge card, memorabilia from RIT sponsored dances, and sweater letter from the cheerleading squad.

The Eleanor Mundy Mechanics Institute pin and yearbooks collection contains 2 Ramikin yearbooks from 1930 and 1931, 1 Rochester Atheaneum and Mechanics Institute (RAMI) freshman pin, her original 1932 RAMI diploma and 1 memorandum from the donor. Eleanor Mary Mundy was an Interior Decoration student at the Mechanics Institute from 1930-1932. Nancy Powell, daughter of Eleanor Mary Mundy, donated this collection in October 2015.

Hillman scrapbook and other college memorabilia is a collection created while Ms. Hillman attended the Mechanics Institute (MI) in 1937-1940 and graduated from the Food Administration program. The collection includes scapbook pages, photographs, yearbooks, and Food Administration alumni directories.
Collection of Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) memorabilia (1953-1957) donated by Mary Anne Cross-Ehasz who graduated from RIT in 1957. She designed the official seal for the university that was used from 1956-1966. The collection includes photographs, design projects, and campus newspapers, as well as RIT memorabilia such as a sweatshirt, ashtray, and mug.
Records of the Rochester Institute of Technology's Nathaniel Rochester Society (NRS). The NRS was formed in 1967 as a way to recognize the university's top financial contributors each year. The collection includes correspondence, membership lists, programs, invitations, newsletters, meeting minutes, photographs, and various pieces of memorabilia.
The National Technical Institute for the Deaf Alumni Association (NTIDAA) records consist of materials that are related to the administration, activities, and events of the organization. Included are NTIDAA board meeting minutes, reports, and alumni correspondence, as well as promotional materials from events, anniversaries, and reunions of NTIDAA in Rochester and other alumni chapters. Materials within this collection range in date from 1968-2011.
