The collection is separated by donor in order to preserve the source of the works, and then organized in two series: I. Client Correspondence, Project and Document Files; and II. Bibliographic Files.

The LHBS is an invitation-only lecture series started by RIT President Albert J. Simone and continued by RIT President William Destler. The lectures were held at the RIT President's House, Liberty Hill located on Calkins Rd. in Pittsford, N.Y.

Records of the Rochester Institute of Technology’s Nathaniel Rochester house dedication. A bronze memorial tablet was unveiled to mark the site of Colonel Rochester’s home (located on the Institute’s property) in 1924 and a dedication of a residence hall named in his honor took place in 1959. This collection consists of a dedication program and a speech.
