Empire State Association of the Deaf collection
Records of the Empire State Association of the Deaf (ESAD). ESAD is an independent, nonprofit organization that advocates on local and state levels for the rights of deaf and hard-of-hearing citizens.
Ezra R. Andrews papers
Papers of Ezra Andrews, president of the Board of Directors for the Rochester Athenaeum and Mechanics Institute from 1891-1899. The collection includes administrative and financial documents related to the Institute, as well as correspondence, ephemera, and clippings. The collection also contains materials related to Andrews work with several charities, specifically the Rochester Orphan Asylum.
Fred Troller collection
The Troller collection was donated by Beatrice Troller in 2005 and includes material ranging from sketches, mock-ups and proofs along with final printed projects including book jackets, promotional materials, packaging and posters.
Fred W. Smith biographical files on the RIT Board of Trustees
Biographical materials for over 150 members of the Rochester Institute of Technology's (RIT) Board of Trustees. Most of the board members represented in the collection served during the 1980s and 1990s. The collection also includes resources from the board's annual conference held during July 2001.

Papers of Fred W. Smith, a former Secretary of the Institute and Assistant to the President at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). Smith worked at RIT from 1971-2008. The collection includes biographical material, copies of Smith's papers and presentations, correspondence, and administrative information for select projects.
Free University of RIT records
Records of the Free University, formed at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in 1970. The school was started as a way for individuals to learn in an "unstructured and unrestricted" environment. The collection includes an annual report, goals and objectives, correspondence, course descriptions, and promotional materials.
Fuku Matsuoka collection of Retailing Curriculum
Materials from Rochester Athenaeum and Mechanics Institute Retailing student, Fuku Matsuoka, in the 1930's. Included are her curriculum books for courses in Salesmanship, Advertising, and Fashion Trends, and some correspondence.
Gene and Helen Federico collection
George H. Clark Building collection
Materials related to the Rochester Institute of Technology's George H. Clark Building, built in 1946 and occupied by RIT until 1968. The collection contains numerous documents related to the building's construction, as well as correspondence and publications regarding the building itself. Also included are clippings and various items that were placed in the building's cornerstone.

The Goudy Society records contain administrative documents, keepsakes, clippings, and photographs.
