Scope and Contents From the Collection:

The collection contains writings and designs by Rand, including books, articles, posters, presentation booklets, and annual reports, from clients including IBM, Cummins and UCLA. The collection is separated by donor in order to preserve the source of the works, and then organized in two series: I. Client Correspondence, Project and Document Files; and II. Bibliographic Files.

Scope and Contents From the Collection: The Ladislav Sutnar collection is comprised of correspondence, biographical files, bibliographic files and client files. Within these files are many examples of Sutnar's original art , artist's proofs, tear-sheets and finished projects.Twelve additional items were added to the collection in April 1998 by a gift of Elaine Lustig Cohen. Scope and content From the Series:

Series consists of correspondence and project documentation papers spanning from 1925-1969. Many files contain only a sample of Beall's design work, while others provide comprehensive documentation of one or more projects completed for a client, including correspondence, proposals, drafts and sketches, memos, artwork and samples of the final printed work.

A “+” sign indicates material is stored in oversize boxes.
