Betsalʼel Academy Posters
This collection consists of twelve posters of Israeli origin, published in the 1970s. Many include design credits from the Betsalʼel (Bezalel) Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem. The posters were printed in Hebrew and English languages, with either offset lithography or letterpress printing.
Bixler Press and Letterfoundry collection
The collection contains material created by the Bixler Press and Letterfoundry in Skaneateles, New York. This establishment was started in 1973 by Winifred “Winnie” (Gray) Bixler ’69 (RIT Art and Design), and Michael Bixler ’69 (RIT Printing). It includes printed type specimens and ephemera, typeface drawings and negatives, and typographic realia like metal patterns and matrices.
Bob Cato papers
The Bob Cato papers document Cato’s role as a graphic designer, artist, and photographer. His work designing record album covers helped turn them into forms of contemporary art and won him two Grammys. He is also known for his creation of the “Charlie Girl” image for Revlon, and photographs of top recording artists of the 20th century.
Bonner Paper Sample collection
The paper samples collection contains assorted materials from various paper making companies, most of which are based in the United States. Materials come in the form of bound books, kits, folders and single pages.
Book Club of California collection
The Book Club of California collection contains keepsakes, book prospectuses, and ephemera produced by the Club to promote their publications and programs. The bulk of the collection was acquired over several decades as a benefit of the RIT Cary Collection being a "Standing Order" member. The Collection is not a complete repository of everything the Club has produced since 1912.
Bradbury Thompson collection
The collection consists of bibliographic files, writings, exhibition records, posters and client files of graphic designer Bradbury Thompson.
Bruce Rogers Divine Comedy photoengravings
Thirty-one photoengravings created by Bruce Rogers and used in printing illustrations for The Divine Comedy of Dante Alighieri (New York: Bruce Rogers and the Press of A. Colish, 1955).
Bruce Rogers The Holy Bible photoengravings
Contains fifty-one photoengraving plates designed by Bruce Rogers used to print 975 copies of The Holy Bible, by A.Colish.
Burton Kramer collection
Collection of materials from graphic designer Burton Kramer. Includes extensive client publications: advertisements, posters, letterhead, brochures, and reports, mainly from his firm Kramer Design Associates in Toronto, Canada.
Cary Graphic Arts Collection exhibition labels
This collection consists of digital scans of printed labels from exhibitions held at the RIT Cary Graphic Arts Collection from 1979 to the present day.
