Rochester Club of Printing House Craftsmen Collection
Scope and Contents
The Rochester Club of Printing House Craftsmen Collection constitutes an extensive documentation of the organization, as assembled by former president Ray Czapkowski. The collection contains meeting minutes dating back to the 1920s, and then from 1986-2008, as well as various iterations of club publications dating primarily from the 1980s and 1990s, and newsletters from other regional clubs. Also of note is documentation of the Carl F. Talkenberg Memorial scholarship which was awarded to printing students, and International Association of Printing House Craftsmen publications from the 1930s, 1940s, 1960s, and 1970s.

Biographical / Historical
From the collection, 1989:
"Twelve charter members organized our club on November 26, 1920. We are an affiliate club of the International Assocation of Printing House Craftsmen, Inc. The first president of the Rochester club was Frank Eichorn. The motto of our organization is 'Share Your Knowledge.'"
