RIT College of Business Accreditation records
RIT College of Business Accreditation records document the College of Business accreditation process with the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International) from 1981-2004. The materials were donated to the RIT Archives by Jerry Curnutt, the College of Business (COB) Assistant Dean for Administration and Minors Advisor.
National Association of Schools of Art and Design Self-Study reports
The collection includes a complete self-study report presented for consideration to the NASAD Commission on Accreditation by RIT's College of Imaging Arts and Sciences. Twenty-six programs or degrees were assessed for which Renewal of Final Approval was sought in 2015. Also included is a copy of the 1993 NASAD Self-Study report.
RIT Land Use Studies collection
The Collection of RIT Land Use Studies contain two studies of the land that comprises RIT’s Henrietta campus. One study, “RIT Master Plan Land Use Study” assesses the usage of land at the Henrietta campus in 1975. The other study, “RIT Land Use Study Update”, reassesses the “RIT Master Plan Land Use Study” and focuses on long range planning in 1987.
Robert H. Johnston digital audio recordings
Digital audio recordings of Robert H. Johnston during his time at RIT. Dr. Robert H. Johnston spent twenty years as a professor and administrator at the Rochester Institute of Technology. He eventually became the Dean of the College of Fine and Applied Arts. In 1990 he was named a Special Assistant to the President of R.I.T. Dr. Johnston most known for developing a system of using digital imaging to decode damaged and ancient texts including the Dead Sea Scrolls.
Eleanor Mundy Mechanics Institute pin, diploma and yearbooks
The Eleanor Mundy Mechanics Institute pin and yearbooks collection contains 2 Ramikin yearbooks from 1930 and 1931, 1 Rochester Atheaneum and Mechanics Institute (RAMI) freshman pin, her original 1932 RAMI diploma and 1 memorandum from the donor. Eleanor Mary Mundy was an Interior Decoration student at the Mechanics Institute from 1930-1932. Nancy Powell, daughter of Eleanor Mary Mundy, donated this collection in October 2015.
