RIT Calendar Task Force records
These folders contain records from RIT’s Calendar Task Force. The Institute Task Force on the Calendar was formed in the fall of 1990 in response to concerns from administrators and faculty regarding the feasibility of different calendar formats. These records include reports, recommendations, and proposals derived from impact studies initiated by various subcommittees.
RIT Downtown Campus records
Collection contains historical information on the downtown campus of the Rochester Institute of Technology. The campus was located within the heart of downtown Rochester from the time of the establishment of Mechanics Institute in 1885 until the move to the Henrietta campus in 1968. This collection includes clippings and various records, such as renovation plans, maps, and correspondence.
RIT Vocational & Applied Technology Education Act (VATEA) records
This collection consists of RIT’s VATEA records. The Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Technical Education Act (also known as VATEA or the Perkins Act) is an allocation of federal funds awarded to the Department of Education. This collection includes correspondence, reports, forms, amendment proposals, and agreements.

RIT Task Force on Reorganization records
Records of the RIT Task Force on Reorganization from the Strategic Planning Committee. The Task Force on Reorganization was tasked with presenting to the administration various courses of action in response to student attrition. These records include reports and recommendations from 1985 and 1988.
RIT Student Affairs records
The Student Affairs Division at the Rochester Institute of Technology is an administrative unit that serves to coordinate the programs, activities, and facilities that support the personal, social, and academic needs of RIT students. The RIT Student Affairs records include a variety of documentation such as program review reports, meeting minutes, publications, correspondence, and promotional materials. There is also a collection of t-shirts from Student Affairs events.
RIT College of Business Accreditation records
RIT College of Business Accreditation records document the College of Business accreditation process with the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International) from 1981-2004. The materials were donated to the RIT Archives by Jerry Curnutt, the College of Business (COB) Assistant Dean for Administration and Minors Advisor.
RIT Land Use Studies collection
The Collection of RIT Land Use Studies contain two studies of the land that comprises RIT’s Henrietta campus. One study, “RIT Master Plan Land Use Study” assesses the usage of land at the Henrietta campus in 1975. The other study, “RIT Land Use Study Update”, reassesses the “RIT Master Plan Land Use Study” and focuses on long range planning in 1987.

Documents from Reno Antonietti's time working at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). Antonietti served in various capacities at RIT including as Vice President for Academic and Computing Services. The collection contains administrative reports for the university, as well as materials related to RIT's acquisition of Eisenhower College such as correspondence, meeting minutes, petitions to the state, and clippings.
