Fred W. Smith papers
Papers of Fred W. Smith, a former Secretary of the Institute and Assistant to the President at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). Smith worked at RIT from 1971-2008. The collection includes biographical material, copies of Smith's papers and presentations, correspondence, and administrative information for select projects.
RIT United Way campaign photographs and films
Materials related to the annual Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) United Way fundraising campaign. Included are prints, negatives, and slides of RIT United Way events from 1990-2010, There are also campaign films shown each year to start off the campaign in VHS and DVD for several years. These films highlighted a story about an RIT faculty or staff who was able to take advantage of United Way's services.
RIT Presidents' Alumni Ball collection
The collection contains a photo album and DVDs of the RIT President's Alumni Ball. Each year awards for "Volunteer of the Year" and "Outstanding Alumni" are presented at the event. The event is hosted by RIT President Bill Destler.

RIT Distinguished Alumni Award records
Materials related to the annual RIT Distinguished Alumni Award celebration honoring a certified graduates who have brought distinction to the college and RIT through professional and/or community achievement. The collection includes programs, photograph books documenting the annual celebration and the recipients, and DVDs of the celebrations.
Ken Huth negatives and digital images
A collection of negatives created by Ken Huth while a photography student at RIT, and later as a freelance photographer covering events at RIT. Added to the collection is a DVD of Ken Huth Photos from 2006 documenting the 90th birthday of Alfred Davis (Mr. RIT) and the dedication of RIT's IT Collaboratory, and the 2010 Brick City weekend.
Operation Hi Ball collection
The Operation Hi Ball collection consists of the original 16mm footage of the event, as well as a DVD copy of the film, a slideshow set to music and still photos from the event conducted by RIT photography faculty and students in 1962.
