Biographical / Historical

NTID Steps to Success program is a weekend summer camp for African-American, Native American or Latin students who are deaf or hard-of hearing and entering grades 7-9. The goal of the program is to provide students the opportunity to discover what they like to do and explore careers for their future.

NTID techgirlz is a week-long summer camp for deaf or hard-of-hearing girls entering grades 7-9 who are interested in science, technology, engineering and math. NTID techboyz is the same opportunity for boys.

NTID Explore Your Future (EYF) program is a six-day career exploration program at Rochester Institute of Technology for college-bound deaf and hard-of-hearing high school students who will begin their junior or senior year. This program, offered by Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), focuses on personal growth and career awareness for students as they begin to think about college.
