Biographical / Historical

In 1982, the Student Television Network was established at National Institute for the Deaf (NTID). The Network allowed students to work and experiment with program formats. Although student interest declined after several years, a similar program, PAH! Deaf TV began in the Fall of 1994 at NTID. Programs were presented in ASL and cover campus, national, and international news. The program was student-run and shows air on RIT's on-campus television network.
