Biographical / Historical

Pamela Witcher was born in 1975 in Montreal, Canada. Her parents and brother are also Deaf; as such, she is fluent in English, French, American Sign Language, and Quebec Sign Language (LSQ). Witcher attended the MacKay Center in Montreal and earned a bachelor of arts in social work from McGill University.
