The Richard Bertan jacket is a cream cotton men's zippered jacket. The cuffs and neck have navy and white stripes. The left lapel has a blue velvet Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) circular seal from the 1960's.

The jacket came from Richard (Dick) Bertan, now deceased. He belonged to the Gamma Epsilon Tau fraternity, Zeta chapter and wore the jacket while a student at Rochester Institute of Technology. He graduated in 1962 with an AAS degree in Printing.
