Biographical / Historical
The American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE) Annual Conference and Exposition is the only conference dedicated to all disciplines of engineering education. It is committed to fostering the exchange of ideas, enhancing teaching methods and curriculum, and providing prime networking opportunities for engineering and technology education stakeholders such as deans, faculty members and industry and government representatives.
The wood blocks were a souvenir for attendees of the 1983 conference held at RIT. A 3 x 3 inch black walnut paperweight with the RIT graphic mark and 1983 RIT/ASEE logo, a special limited edition. The cubes were created by three students in the Woodworking and Furniture Design program at the School for American Craftsmen.
