The National Technical Institute for the Deaf (NTID) Master of Science in Secondary Education Program videotapes contain 12 videotapes dating between 2000-2006. The National Technical Institute for the Deaf (NTID) Master of Science in Secondary Education (MSSE) Program is a course of study at RIT in which teacher-candidates work towards a dual-certification in teaching secondary school for students who are hearing, hard-of-hearing, or deaf. Graduates of the program earn dual certification to teach a secondary school content area for students who are hearing or deaf as well as in deaf education for grades K-12.
