Scope and Content Note
This subseries houses files created, received, or maintained by ESAD executive board members pertaining to legislative issues about communications for Deaf people. Topics include captioning of television programs and film, statewide relay boards, telecommunication devices, and more. Materials include published reference, meeting minutes, correspondence, reference clippings, brochures, convention information, and more. These are arranged in chronological order when possible.
